Weekend at the Jersey Shore

It's been 10 months since hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore. I read in the news that businesses were suffering, between the weather and decrease in local population, so we went down to spend a weekend at the beach and spend money.

Many of the homes were brand new, many were abandoned and put up for sale, and others were in different stages of repair. The oddest were houses lifted in the air awaiting a new foundation.
